It goes without saying that we can only overcome our blockades if we know them. Inner beliefs like “I will fail“ or “I don’t know if I want it at all“ stand between us and realizations. Such beliefs might be inherited from our family thus making them even stickier. Consequently, we might act more like our inner stubborn child or strict parents instead of an adult. 

So how could we get rid of our procrastinations? One idea: Make yourself clear which tasks you like and start with one you dislike. Next day, next small step along the same lines. And remember: Under stress we tend to over-generalize, exaggerate, take things personally and see the catastrophe coming -reality is fortunately different!

So the magic recipe includes being fair with yourself, open and attentive – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
