Last week, I was particularly interested in communicating your team’s competencies: Once everyone is clear about their respective skills, then you as a manager don’t have much to do!
Such motivation is even more important for virtual teams in „Corona Home Offices“: Distributing tasks according to individual strengths does not only bring fun at work.
But how do you find out the strengths of your team members? Coaching questions such as “What do you find easy in your job?”, “What do you enjoy & give you energy?” or “Where do you see your greatest successes?” are a first step.
The result can be a „MAP OF STRENGTHS“ of your team, transparent and accessible to everyone – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
