Today I would like to invite you to a little thought experiment which could ultimately add quite some value to your business: 

  • What could you ask instead in those familiar situations? 
  • In doing so: how could you inspire and enhance your team members?
  • What could be the benefit of such appreciative, resource and solution focused questions?
