“Ambidexterity” is the technical term: It describes the ability, depending on the situation, to either lead “classically hierarchical” or completely trust the agile self-organization of your employees.

This leap of faith is indispensable in times of home offices and digitalization – in the coming year I will go into more detail about the necessary skills in connection with “digital leadership”.
