Although there is no `magic bullet` when it comes to crisis resilience some people find it much easier to cope with and adapt to new situations – why?

Well, one success factor is clearly that more resilient people can rely on their resources – including help from others. They see themselves at times „from the top“, i.e. they take a so-calleld `meta perspective` which literally puts problems into perspective.

In addition it is often advantageous to simplify things when life gets harder – so an unexpected smile, appreciating the status quo or thinking about what else could go wrong could ultimately result in a better mood.

Confidence is the antidote to crisis stress: I will touch on a book next week –  stay healthy und confident … 🙂
