Confidence does not mean ignoring problems in the optimistic belief that they will resolve themselves. 

It means recognizing and tackling crises, but never losing hope. 

It is important not to compare ourselves with others, but to focus our attention on the positive things. 

The ability to grow from one’s crises is inherent in everyone. In order to strengthen and train it, one should remain humorous, get used to good attitudes, put off bad quirks, cultivate relationships and community and give meaning to one’s actions – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
