„Serendipity“ refers to a chance observation of something not originally sought that turns out to be a new and surprising discovery.
And it is not uncommon for such “surprising discoveries” to lead to new products, services and ultimately future sales.
What does this have to do with „HomeOffice“? Well, as a leader in the digital world, you have to actively promote and demand such unplanned exchange opportunities so that ideas and inspiration (hopefully) continue to flourish like in the analogous office world.
