Last week we stopped at “changes of perspective“ as an important tool in business coaching.

This week I would like to pick up on one of them: the (imaginary) guest. The client himself determines who could support him/her in an upcoming decision-making situation – this could  be a colleague, an expert or someone else.

The client now takes the position of this guest and is asked by the coach: „How do you assess my client’s plan?“, „What is your opinion?“ or „What would you advise him to do, what should he pay attention to?“

When returning to the real counseling situation, the client has now made many points transparent and often clarified them for himself.

Next week I will outline a similar method that works in conflicts – without risks and side effects ….. Stay healthy and confident … 🙂
