Short answer: not really at all.

We already find it difficult to develop own new habits by constantly practicing small steps.

Admittedly, taking others as they are is not always easy – especially if the 4 techniques for changing behavior did not lead to the desired result:

1. Punishment, 2. Reward withdrawal, 3. Avoidance learning, and 4. Reward.

Rewards are still most effective – when they are intrinsic thus having a lasting effect. If one’s own goals are in line with those of the employer, the search for meaning dissolves into self-motivation.

By the way, staff management will then be child’s play – stay healthy and humorous … 🙂
