First of all: Happy New Year! May all your dreams, wishes and aspirations come true.

Why are we so receptive to new goals in January but lose sight of them from February on? The answer might has to do with the way we set our goals: High-level, ambitious and often not so concrete.

I would like to offer you a more tangible „job workout“ over the course of the next 6 weeks:

  1. Identify strengths
  2. Mastering changes 
  3. Solve conflicts
  4. Designing home offices
  5. Overcome blockages
  6. Find meaning

My goal is that this workout will be manageable, inspirational and fun – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
