If it needed a further proof then Corona finally revealed that planning for disruption is essential – here are some key lessons learned:

  1. Need for emphasis on our wellbeing
  2. Digital technologies are changing the way we work
  3. New work models are constantly evolving
  4. Adequate work conditions foster inclusion
  5. Start up pave the way for a revitalized entrepreneurialism

So we can look at disruptions as a source of threats or see them as personal opportunities: the opportunity to think about our physical and mental health, digital competencies, work agility, fair treatment and our entrepreneurial spirit. It is, as always, a matter of perspective – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
