The World Economic Forum (WEF) already thought in 2020 about the key leadership skills for 2025: Sure, “critical thinking” and “problem solving” are still essential.

At the same time, competencies such as “self-management”, “active learning”, “stress resilience” or “social influence” are particularly in demand in the digital age.

In the New Year I will shed more light on the development of these „digital leadership“ skills using examples from my coaching practice – because: According to the WEF, 50% of all leaders must further develop their skills by 2025 – stay healthy and confident … 🙂
